Visitors Page

We welcome everyone to our services. You do not need to be a member to join our Sunday services. We are friendly and accept everyone. Services at Rye presbyterian begin every Sunday at 9:15 am. After each service there will be free morning tea and a chance to chat in the hall behind the church.

If you would like to join a service at Sorrento's Saint Andrews church, we have services every second week of the month at 11 am., with morning tea in the Allen Grant hall after the service.

We are currently working on how to get more youth involved in learning about God and also forming new friendships in Christ among our young people to keep them encouraged.

We provide programs for each service along with our monthly calendars and psalm books at the door when entering the church before each service.

We accept any form of clothing from casual to formal. Wear whatever is comfortable.

You can bring some cash for voluntary donations during the service. You do not have to give anything if you are unwilling or unable to.

There is also a playroom at the back of the church for children to use during the service.

We have a monthly calendar ready for download by clicking on the button below. You can view all the events scheduled for this month on our calander.

At Sorrento we have the Allen Grant hall for hire to tourists, campers and other groups. Should you wish to make use of this service or find out more, please contact us.

You can access the information about Allen Grant hall under Our Churches tab or in the footer section below.
